Mull Trip

With the wind finally dropping off the team had a trip around Mull. The weather was very changeable from some real heat to heavy down pours but it made for a great day out. They headed to Duart castle where they spotted some porpoise very close to the boat which was out of character for them. The first stop was in Tobermory for an early lunch and a wander. The next leg was a dash around the top of Mull to see Fingal’s Cave in a sizable swell. Iona was next for a look at the Abbey and to have a coffee. The last run was with the tide and wind along the Ross of Mull to Oban. As they reached the sound of Kerrera they spotted 2 white tailed Sea Eagles. They haven’t been spotted there before.
A Fantastic day on the water.
