Storm Frank

As everyone will know the West Coast was battered by Storm Frank. Inevitability there was damage to vital services. The timing was very close to Hogmanay too. This forced a tight time scale to transfer people to the required locations. The weather window allowed the boys to rip out to Tiree and Coll to pick up a team from a utilities company that were solving faults before the bells.
