The annual race around Kerrera was a testing one. The weather was not ideal for the event but showed real challenges that the competitors did very well in. Coastal Connection supplied the main safety boat for the event. This year proved important as one competitor was caught our by the breaking swell at the south end. Quick actions by Struan resolved the situation before it escalated and all ended up in a drier safer place.
Well done to everyone that took part and organised such a great event. Also for a worthy cause, The RNLI.
