Fresh Seaweed

The boys took delegates from a SAMS seaweed conference out for a trip. There was a fresh wind but it was blowing in a favourable direction for them. Unfortunately due to the weather they couldn’t get in and about the seaweed farm and pick out samples. But they discussed the grid layout and the processes going on from the stern deck (this is farmed seaweed not kelp dredging). Seaweed farming seems to be a building market in Scotland.
