On Sunday the weather was a bit fresh but the boys had a wee run out. The shelter from Kerrera made for calm seas. Out on the water with the boys was the local club Martyn’s Monday Club and also a touring team from Glasgow known as SeeMe Scotland. Two very good groups that are essential in the communities of today. They spread the word that it is absolutely ok to talk openly and honestly about mental health.
