The team received a call requiring a transfer to Colonsay. There was a burst 4 inch water main which needed fixed. Due to the current situation this was classed as a essential work. Obviously the local residents needed to wash hands, etc. A local squad of experienced engineers headed out as soon as weather allowed. They managed to locate the issue and had it sorted very quickly. It was a cracking day for the run down and back. After the boat was washed and disinfected it was ready for the next essential run.
