The 129 metre Royal Research Ship the Sir David Attenborough was conducting sea trails in the Firth of Lorne. She headed towards Oban and photographed below Ben More on Mull. She was build at Cammell Laird in Liverpool and was famously known as Boaty McBoatface. Hope to see her back on the West Coast again sometime.
