The bottlenose dolphin the boys had very close to the boat at Port Appin has been Identified. He originally came from a pod that was based in the Moray Firth. About two and half years ago this pod made their way to the Clyde. The individual is known as Tyler (also known as Squiggle in the Clyde) and is about 32 years old and a male. A bit strange he has ventured away from the pod but seemed healthy. Hopefully he will head South and meet up again with the rest of his pod.
