Black Eyes

During the season there has been some amazing views of gannets. The feeding frenzies are always crazy to view. Incredible how they have evolved to dive so fast into the water like an arrow. There has been a few gannets spotted that with completely black eyes. It is believed this is an after effect of bird flu. There is a study on this. Hopefully they can recover from this.
