Struan was way out West again recently. It took a wee while for a weather window but one did finally appear. A smooth run to the deep water to drop off a sea glider. After a few checks and test dives it was time to cruise home. A good number of common dolphins en route and some storm petrels. This particular sea glider called ‘Talisker’ was the first one Struan deployed in October 2009!
