Birthday day out
Cameron and John were out in Rannochmor for a full day on Saturday. It was a special occasion for one of the passengers as it was his birthday. It was a beautiful day and cruised over to the Boat house for lunch. After a fantastic lunch they had a look at Glensanda quarry and Duart castle. They then went to the Creags where they discovered a lot of seal pups playing with their mums. It was great to see all the new pups about. After a run under Connel bridge they made their way back to Oban Bay.
Meanwhile Struan and Bruce were up in Tobermory with a full boat. The seals have finally turned up on the Grey Rocks which was ideal for the guests to see. The wind did pick up for an hour but it dropped to zero for the return trip to Oban.
