Busy weekend

This weekend was non stop for Coastal Connection. Rannochmor went down to Croabh to pick up a large group and transfered them to Taynuilt. It was a great run with a bit of chop off Insh island. Once the party had been dropped off in Etive the next stop was Tobermory to pick up 4 people that Power of Scotland had dropped off in the morning. The 4 passengers were then taken back down to Oban. Once we arrived in Oban we picked up 12 people to go to Kingairloch for dinner. It was a smooth run via Duart castle to Loch a’choire. At 2100 we headed for Oban but had a wee detour up Loch Etive. It was a clear night and the sea was mirror flat. at 2345 Rannchmor was tied up in Loch Feochan. Mean while Power of Scotland had dropped the 4 passengers off in Tobermory and then headed onto Eigg. They picked up 12 passengers from Eigg and took them to Tobrmory for a suprise 40th. At 0300 on Sunday Struan took the Eigg party back to the Island. Struan had a flat calm run to Eigg and back down the sound to Oban. This was not the end of the day though. At 1100 we took 6 people from Oban over to Kingairloch for Sunday lunch. The weather held out and provided a fantastic weekend.
