Iced over

Yesterday saw Struan take a group of eleven over to Colonsay. This was because the group were meant to be flying from Oban Airport, but the runway was iced over and no planes could land or take off.
It was a great day to be out on the water and with the Easterly wind gave a comfortable journey to Conlonsay. The journey back was a bit slow due to the wind increasing but once in the lee of Jura the sea was smooth once again and got back to Loch Feochan as it was getting dark.
