Iona & Sunshine

Struan was out to Iona on Friday with a small party from Appin. The weather was perfect for the West side of Mull. The route took them through the Treshnish Isles to see the puffins then into Tobemroy for a late lunch. On the last leg of the route they stopped by a few castles on the way back to Appin.

Meanwhile Cameron had returning customers from the Isle of Eriska for the 3rd year running. The route took them via seals on the Creags and down to Durat Castle. They then stopped for coffee at Craignure. The wind dropped and it was baking hot. Next on the list was a Sea Eagle, so Cameron took them into the Sound where they managed to spot one very close. An amazing day on the water.
