New Pontoons

Cameron had a afternoon run to Tobermory with a corporate function. The weather was blowing a 5 down the Sound of Mull but it didn’t make a difference to the journey time. Tobermory Harbour Association have extended the west leg of the pontoon by 10 berths and have doubled the length of the hammer head. With bigger boats being around Tobermory can now accommodate them. It is great to see the success of the pontoons. At 1900 the wind dropped and it was a smooth run back to Oban.
