Off & On

The Coastal Connection team was up early today to take the workers off Lismore Lighthouse. There was a strong northerly wind and a very high Spring tide so the team managed to get into the South Slip where everyone could board safely. Once all the workers were ashore in Oban the team headed back to base.
Later on in the afternoon the team were back in Oban to take more workers over to the Lighthouse. The wind had dropped so the North slip was used. Due to the timings of the crossings both trips were made in the dark.
