Plane Disruptions

Struan was off to Coll and Tiree yesterday because of the very low cloud cover the plane was unable to land at both islands. On the way the Sound of Mull was flat calm but once into open water there was a lazy swell with some choppy seas from the South West. The team arrived at Coll in good time and disembarked four passengers, on the way to Tiree the visibility became even worse so the speed was reduced. Once in Gott bay the passengers were disembarked and Struan headed for base. The journey back was comfortable with a following sea, not much land was seen till the Sound of Mull apart from a few Basking Sharks.
