Twin sailings

RannochMor went round Mull clockwise, it was a full day charter with alittle mist on the way to Iona. We stopped at Fingal’s Cave before anchoring at Lunga, where we had a good hour on shore taking photo’s of the puffins. Once on board we ventured round to the stack and used the dingy to get even closer to the wildlife. From there we went round to Tobermory where the guests enjoyed local Ale and watched the British and Irish Lions play. The trip back down the sound of Mull was swift, dropping the passengers off at the Oban pontoon at 5.20pm. Many happy returns to Jean who celebrated her Birthday today!

Power of Scotland had a Castle tour round Kerrera and Lismore, when initially leaving Oban bay they encountered common dolphins. They went to the north of Lismore and had lunch at Kingairloch, which is always a delight. From there they went back via Castle Stalker and Appin, tying up in Oban at 3.30pm.
