It is that time of the year when most of the puffins have left their burrows. They have completed their nesting season and now the pufflings are on the water. A few have been seen bobbing around the high seas. Guillemots, razorbills, fulmars, and most kittiwakes have left the relative safety of the Treshnish too. There is seems to be a huge amount of food in the water so hopefully they will continue to thrive.
