Puffins and Basking Sharks

Cameron was out to the Treshnish Isles again on Saturday. It was a private charter with Loch Visions, the third one this year to the Treshnish. On the way the team had a wee stop in Tobermory for refreshments. After that they powered round a misty Mull, but they soon came across two basking sharks. The sharks came very close to the boat and showed their size. Once Cameron dropped the anchor he took the guests ashore to see all the seabirds. The puffins were beginning to head off to sea but there were still some great photo opportunities. On the way home they chose to return via the Sound of Mull so they could take more photos of Terns feeding at Lismore Lighthouse. Everyone really enjoyed their day out and the weather turned out to be sunny and warm.
